Glue, sutures, steristrips or no surgery?
Injuries over face can be complex. This patient had loss of skin around the eye. He underwent skin grafting for the same. Reason: If skin grafting is not done, the skin around the eye will go for contracture and his eyes will never completely close and may cause dryness of eye.
Injuries over can be managed by various techniques like suturing which can be hidden suture, absorbable suture or glue or just strips pulling the wound together. Glue is not the solution for everything.
